1. What's Covered
UnderFence products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a panel arrives defective, we will replace it at no cost.

2. What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, including installation on fencing without adequate clearance
• Damage caused by third parties (e.g., a landscaping crew, mowing equipment, or vandalism)
• Normal wear consistent with the product's expected lifespan
• Products installed outside the manufacturer's recommended guidelines

Consistent with our Disclaimer, we replace defective pieces at no cost; damage due to incorrect installation may still be replaced, at the customer's cost for the replacement pieces.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim
Email our team at info@underfencemowstrip.com, and we can get started on your warranty claim.

4. Resolution
Valid warranty claims will be resolved through replacement of the affected piece(s) with 14 days.
